Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Katanning resolved on 29 October 2025 to make the following local law. This local law is cited as the Shire of Katanning Dog and Bush Fire Brigades Amendment Local Law 2025. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette.
