The salaries and allowances tribunal has issued a determination with respect to the vacant position of information commissioner, a prescribed office within the wa public service. The determination of the salaries and allowances tribunal made on 20 june 2017 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the salaries and allowances act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a determination set out below. This variation is effective on and from 22 september 2017.
