Annie Wallace Noon (‘deceased’) late of Aegis Bassendean, 27 Hamilton Street, Bassendean in the state of Western Australia. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 06/08/2023 are required by the executor Alison Rosemary Ryan to send the particulars of their claims care of Gregson & Associates PO Box Z5017, St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6831 on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
