These regulations are the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Regulations 2022. These regulations come into operation on 18 June 2022. The regulations cover preliminary matters, the constitution of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Council, nominations for council members, appointment of members, terms of office, vacancies, conflicts of interest, council meetings and proceedings.

Prorogues the legislative council and legislative assembly from the time of publication.
