Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 october 2024, are required by the executor, elinor mary theodora kocken, (executor) care of mid west lawyers, 45 ventnor avenue, west perth, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
