Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late alphonsine neelia armstead of marist lodge, 12 lapage street, belmont, deceased 28 january 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to steven james brown, the lawful attorney of valerie anne ward, executor, c/- lynn & brown lawyers, po box 1114, morley, wa 6943 by 25 june 2018, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
