The council of the City of Kwinana resolved on 29 October 2025 to make the Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2025. This local law comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette and applies throughout the district. It repeals the Town of Kwinana Bush Fire Brigades Local Law published on 4 June 2004.
