In the matter of the estate of Joseph Johnson late of Craigcare, [contact details redacted] 6104, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, are required by the executor of the estate, Gary Johnson of [contact details redacted] 3690 to send particulars of their claims to him at the address stated herein within 30 days of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
