In the matter of the estate of Joseph Johnson late of Craigcare, 2 Waterway Crescent, Ascot, Western Australia 6104, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, are required by the executor of the estate, Gary Johnson of 16 Charles Street, Wodonga, Victoria 3690 to send particulars of their claims to him at the address stated herein within 30 days of the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
