The council of the Shire of Peppermint Grove resolved on 23 February 2021 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Peppermint Grove Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2021 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
