Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 july 2023, are required by the trustee, george grasa, the duly appointed attorney of joëlle pulham, care of tactical legal solutions, 207/06 mill point road, south perth, western australia, to send particulars of their claim to him by 7 march 2025 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
