Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Marie Margaret Mac Cormick, who died on 28 May 2026, are required by the executor, John Carpenter Hammond, to send particulars of their claims to him by 6 October 2026, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
