Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 september 2019, are required by the trustee, richard mayes of 3b llewellyn street, balmain, new south wales, australia to send particulars of their claims to him within one month of the publication of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
