On 10 May 2021 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice informing Workplace Employment and Training Services (Inc) that if they did not show cause within 60 days, the incorporation would be cancelled. The Associations did not show cause. On 28 October 2021 the Commissioner gave notice that the Commissioner proposed to make an order cancelling their incorporation after 28 days. The Associations did not apply to SAT for a review. Therefore, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
