In the matter of the estate of Anthony Roskell, late of 16 Orchid Terrace, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased person who died on the 3rd January 2024, is required by the administrator of this estate Kylie Roskell of 140 Mons Road, Hovea WA 6071, to send particulars of their claims to the administrator within one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the administrator then have notice.
