Shire of Beverley Local Planning Scheme No. 3. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The following local planning scheme is revoked—Shire of Beverley Town Planning Scheme No. 2 (gazette date 26 April 1993).
