Shire of Beverley Local Planning Scheme No. 3. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The following local planning scheme is revokedβShire of Beverley Town Planning Scheme No. 2 (gazette date 26 April 1993).

Appoints Matthew Sharpe, Jodie Taylor, and Shane Fewster as authorised persons within the Shire of Beverley to enforce specified acts and regulations.
Appoints Rachel Lucas, Taleeya Scott, Sheridan Irvine, Alison Lewis, Natalie Ashworth, Matthew Sharpe as authorised officers under the Dog Act 1976 and Cat Act 2011.
Informs that the Public Trustee will administer the estates of deceased persons.
Requires creditors to submit claims against deceased estates to the Public Trustee by June 22, 2026.
