Cancels the incorporation of listed associations due to failure to show cause or apply for review.

Notice Text
On 31 January 2023 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice informing the listed associations that their incorporation would be cancelled if they did not show cause within 60 days. The associations did not show cause. On 14 April 2023, the Commissioner gave notice of intent to cancel incorporation after 28 days. The associations did not apply for a review. Therefore, the Commissioner orders the incorporation of the listed associations be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
