This notice, cited as the Road Traffic (Drug Testing Device) Notice 2026, revokes the Road Traffic (Approved Device) Notice 2014. It approves the SECURETEC DRUGWIPE 3 S COMBO as a device for conducting drug testing of a person’s oral fluid for the purposes of the Road Traffic Act 1974 section 66D.
