Brian Kenneth Joy, late of 84/76 Ridgewood Boulevard, Ridgewood in the State of Western Australia, died on 29 August 2016. Creditors and other persons having claims are required by Mr. Eric Eng Wei Tan, who has been granted Letters of Administration over the deceased’s estate, to send particulars of their claims to him at Robertson Hayles Lawyers of Po Box Z5403, Perth Wa 6831 within one (1) month of the date of publication hereof after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
