I, Richard John Rogerson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety under delegation from the Minister for Mines and Petroleum, pursuant to Section 118 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982, advise that as of 5 May 2018, it is my intention to make available all interpreted data submitted prior to 31 December 2012. Interested persons are invited to advise of any objection to this release of information within 45 days of publication of this notice.
