Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13 August 2020 at Kalamunda Hospital Campus, Kalamunda, Western Australia, are required by the trustee Maria Fifield, c/- Avon Legal Suite 7, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to her within 1 month of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
