Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 27 November 2019 and published in the Government Gazette dated 06 December 2019 for the area described (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years expiring on 26 November 2025.
