Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 3rd day of august 2017 at st john of god murdoch community hospice, 100 murdoch drive, murdoch wa, are required to send details of their claims to the executor michael claydon, po box 56, nedlands, wa 6909. Claims should be submitted within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
