Issued under the Liquor Control Act 1988 sections 31(6) and (7) by the Director of Liquor Licensing. This notice revokes Liquor Control (Section 31) (Kimberley) Notice 2020. This notice applies to relevant licences and spirit producers in the Kimberley region and places additional conditions on licences.
