Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 may 2022, are required by the trustee, pamela marion bell c/- frichot lawyers, level 1 manning buildings, 135 high street mall, fremantle wa 6160, to send particulars of their claim to her by 21 may 2023, which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
