In the matter of the estate of John Pizzey late of 5 Tyneside Grove, Currambine, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died on 26 January 2025, are required by the executor Rhode Truter of 29 Whitcliffe Square, Iluka, WA, 6028, to send the particulars of their claim to him by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
