Pursuant to regulation 76(2) of the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014, Peter Woronzow, Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport, specifies the listed persons and bodies for the purpose of subregulation (1) of that regulation. Regulation 76 provides that a person is not required to pay the fee set out in Schedule 9 items 1 and 2 of the Regulations, to take or resit a theory test if the person or body administering the test is specified in a notice published under subregulation (2). This Notice revokes and replaces the notice identified as RTADR–2023-206026, published in the Government Gazette on 12 April 2024.
