Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 february 2019, are required by the personal representatives steven james brown and jaqueline ann brown c/- lynn & brown lawyers, [contact details redacted] by 18 november 2019, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
