Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 8 January 2026, are required by the personal representative, Stephen Hicks, of Lawfield Legal, to send particulars of their claims to him by the 19th day of August 2026 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
