Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 february 2020, are required by the administrator to send particulars of their claims to louis sidney henrisson, 32 san rosa road, wanneroo, 6065 by 30 september 2021 after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
