Made by the judges of the Supreme Court. These rules are the Supreme Court (Court of Appeal) Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2022. These rules come into operation as follows — (a) rules 1 and 2 — on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the rules — on the day on which the Criminal Appeals Amendment Act 2022 section 4 comes into operation. These rules amend the Supreme Court (Court of Appeal) Rules 2005.
