Notice is given that the following licences are liable to forfeiture under the provision of Section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for breach of covenant, being failure to comply with the prescribed expenditure conditions and/or non-compliance with the reporting provisions. To be heard by the Warden in Perth on 15 January 2025.
