Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of betty joan mcilrath late of 110 star street, carlisle who died on 26 november 2020, are required to send particulars of their claim addressed to the executors of the estate, 38 koojarra street, geraldton wa 6530 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice.
