Pursuant to regulation 272(1)(d)(ii) of the Road Traffic Code 2000, the reflective apparel of the type, colour and description hereunder is approved, as that to be worn by an authorised person when performing duties pursuant to regulation 272(1)(d)(i). The apparel shall comply with the Australian / New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4602:1999 High Visibility Safety Garments, Class D/N.
