The following instrument is published under the Fair Trading Act 2010 section 21: Consumer Goods (Self-balancing Scooters) Safety Standard 2018. I, Michael Sukkar, Assistant Minister to the Treasurer and Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, make the following safety standard.
