To brandon farrell of karratha, bailor. You were given notice on 2 november 2015 that the following goods: 2006 ktm250sxf motorcycle situated at karratha motorcycles, unit 3/1009 coolawanyah road, karratha was ready for redelivery. Unless not more than one month after the date of giving of this notice you either take redelivery of the goods or give directions for the redelivery, karratha motorcycles, unit 3/1009 coolawanyah road, karratha, bailee, intends making an application to the court for and order to sell or otherwise dispose of the motorcycle in accordance with the act.
