Made by the Minister under sections 19(1) and 23(1) of the Act and regulation 174(1) of the Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2018. This order is the Biodiversity Conservation (Listing of Native Species) (Flora) Order 2022. Each native species specified in Schedule 1 Division 1 is listed as a threatened species in the category of critically endangered species.
