Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate, simon godfrey lee-steere to send particulars of their claims to him at zion legal, level 11, [contact details redacted] (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor of the deceased’s estate may distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
