Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late glenys field, formerly of 6 raven place, west busselton, late of unit 4 of 7 brooks street kalamunda and villa dalmacia, 27 gorham way, spearwood, all in the state of western australia, retired, who died on 15 april 2025, are required by the executor of the estate namely david john burgess, c/- horizon legal suite 19, 135 riseley street booragoon in the state of western australia, to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
