To creditors and others having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of ann elizabeth taylor, late of port kennedy and mandurah, western australia, who died on 01 october 2020, are required by the undersigned executor to send a full statement of their claims and securities held by them to her within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
