In accordance with the provisions of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA), notice is hereby given; Albert Edward Hobbs, age 101 years of 7 Heron Street, Dudley Park 6210, Western Australia, passed away on 17 May 2025. All persons having claims against the estate of Albert Edward Hobbs are hereby required to send particulars of their claims to the undersigned executor within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
