Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 9 february 2018, are required by the executors, richard henry rejek and gerard etienne rejek, to send particulars of their claims to the executors at 5 elgin court, duncraig wa 6023 within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which time the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
