Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 3 january 2024 are requested by the executor, susan heather graham-taylor care of hhg legal group, to send particulars of their claims to the executor within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
