Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 22nd december 2022, are required by the executors, olivia abbonizio and fabio abbonizio, to send the particulars of their claims to olivia abbonizio of care of lewis kitson lawyers, po box 1315, canning bridge, applecross wa 6153 and fabio abbonizio of care of mgd law, po box 274, mount hawthorn wa 6915 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
