Cemeteries Local Law 2020 — Kulin, Dudinin, Pingaring
Enacts the Shire of Kulin Cemeteries Local Law 2020 to regulate cemeteries within the district.

The council of the Shire of Kulin resolved on 21 October 2020 to make the following local law under the Cemeteries Act 1986 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law applies to the Kulin Public Cemetery (Reserve 192552), Dudinin Public Cemetery (Reserve 14995) and the Pingaring Public Cemetery (Lot 3142) located in the district. This local law repeals the Shire of Kulin, Kulin and Dudinin Cemeteries (Reserves 19252 and 14995) By-Laws as published in the Government Gazette on 8 November 1967 and as amended in the Government Gazette on 21 December 1973 and 15 July 1977.

Declares land in Roe Location as not rateable under the Local Government Act 1995.
Amends the Shire of Kulin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2016 regarding definitions, vegetation management, refrigerator disposal, and prescribed offences.
Appoints Noel Mason, Cassi-Dee Vandenberg, Nicole Thompson, Judd Hobson, Will Pearch, Denis Brandis, Tammy Harris, Annette Lewis, Ambrose Poletti, Jonathon Quinn, Darren Thomas, Patricia Mahe, Wa Ranger Services Pty Ltd, Matthew Sharpe, Jodie Taylor and Brain Gaudet as authorised persons in the Shire of Kulin.
Implements the Shire of Kulin Local Planning Scheme No. 2 for district zoning and land use control.
