Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased person are required to send particulars of their claims to me addressed to the trustee, Lawrence Green, [contact details redacted] 6233, on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. After this date i may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which i then have notice.
