Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased rhoda margaret gray, who died on the 7th day of april 2020, are required by the substitute executors, edward withall gray and kim gray, to send particulars of their claims to them care of ew gray, post office box 317, esperance wa 6450 on or before the expiration of one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the substitute executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
