This proclamation, made under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9(1), establishes the Marine and Harbours (Denham Maritime Facility) Proclamation 2026. It outlines commencement details, defines terms, revests Lot 302 on Deposited Plan 189367 in the Crown, and vests Lot 501 on Deposited Plan 428901 in the Minister for Transport. It also revokes previous proclamations from 1983 and 1992.
