Pursuant to section 19 of the Heritage Act 2018, the Heritage Council of Western Australia resolved to revoke the delegation instrument published on 22 August 2023 and delegate the authority to provide advice under section 74 of the Act to officers of the City of Fremantle in relation to proposals that would affect P25225 West End, Fremantle. The delegates must refer proposals in Schedule 1 to the Council for determination and have due regard to the Heritage Council Delegation Framework dated July 2023.
