Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 24 April 2022 are required by the Trustee Equity Trustees Wealth Services Limited ACN 006 132 332 of Level 1, [contact details redacted] Melbourne VIC 3000 to send particulars of their claim to them by 6 September 2022 after which date the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
