The following scheme is approved— the will dated 11 august 2004 of ms pamela anne cummings, who died on 31 october 2004, be amended by deleting the following words— one sixth to the boxer club of wa—special project—for rescue and rehoming—contact person—sue mckie the condition for this money has already been established through a previous donation which required the establishment of a money management/trust fund (which the club finds is the cheapest and easiest to manage within it’s rules and regulations. and replacing them with the following provision— one sixth to dogs refuge home wa inc of 30 lemnos street shenton park for the purpose of rescuing and rehoming dogs.
